Just a reminder for everyone that our September membership meeting is scheduled for 4:00pm on Thursday September 9th at the Colony Rec Center pavilion. The agenda for our meeting is:
- Review of our last membership meeting minutes.
- Reminder that meetings will be outdoor through October and re-evaluated for November. We have a speaker planned for the November meeting and would like to move indoors, if possible.
- Update on summer expenses including: meal supplies, canopy, flag, road signs and speaker & microphone – John & Trish
- TVRC Fall Apparel update – Dianne Schultz
- Holiday Charity Drive – Carol Wolf
- Election process – John & Trish
