Get ready, runners, because it’s time to tap into the thrilling realm of ultimate hydration! We’re cranking up the heat this August with an exhilarating Hydration Challenge that promises not only to elevate your performance but also land you some enticing rewards!

Drinking ample water is critical, and we’re about to make a sport of it. Starting on the 1st of August, we’re challenging every member of the TVRC, regardless of where you are spending your sunny summer days, to rise to the occasion. Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it: consume a minimum of 80 ounces of water daily, electrolytes optional but highly recommended, for the entire 31-day span of August.

Triumph over this challenge, and you’ll not only be a hydration hero but also stand a chance to win some stellar prizes. Complete the 31-day Hydration Challenge and you’ll secure a spot in our exciting prize draw!

This quest, my friends, is based on the time-honored tradition of trust. However, remember, caffeinated or alcoholic beverages won’t count towards your total hydration tally.
