It is that time of year again and darkness is descending upon us at the start of our runs. Let’s remember to wear those safety lights when we are running in low light conditions.
From our running safety page:
Runners should wear visible safety lights during all low‑light conditions, including early morning, evening, and nighttime activities. Lights should be positioned on both the front and back of the body to ensure 360‑degree visibility to motorists, cyclists, and other trail users.
